Matt came out to do a troubleshoot on our broken A/C on a 90 degree day. Gave us our options and was back out within 48 hours with the parts to get it fixed. Great crew at Koch & White!

I had a great experience with Koch and white this past week. Service guy came out and was really nice, told me I needed a new furnace and then helped me schedule an install for 2 days later. They came and installed it promptly and when I thought it smelled like gas today, Matt the emergency maintenance guy came out super quick and made me feel a lot better. Super appreciate it & will recommend to everyone!
